One of the things that I love the most about where I live is our strip of ancient woodland that runs alongside our fields. It's been left to it's own devices for years, and gradually we're implementing coppicing and ground clearing - just trying to reclaim it :) In the spring it's absolutely coated in native bluebells and anemones, but right now it's a mossy haven.
